What September said
Lebanon's median price was $485,000 in September, higher than a year ago mostly because larger homes sold, and homes took a little longer to sell.
One month is a small sample
When only a few dozen homes close in a month, one sale can swing the numbers. I look at several months together and at the individual sales before I put a price on anything.
